Prophylactic service intervals are agreed upon with every customer individually based on the workloads of individual devices.

Service level agreements

Our customers are welcome to enter into a service level agreement with us to guarantee service response times and remediation deadlines based on the agreed conditions after an incident is reported.

Custom label printing
For customers not wanting to purchase a printer, we provide custom label printing services.
We print on blank labels or using approved pre-printed materials.
